Each VR station needs at least a 2m x 2m area. We'll help you plan the layout.
Power Needs
A stable electricity supply is essential. We'll specify requirements based on your package.
Internet Connectivity
While we provide our own Wi-Fi, a strong connection enhances multiplayer and cloud experiences.
Outdoor Events
Sensitive to sunlight. Requires a fully enclosed marquee tent with sides for protection.
Age Restrictions
Participants must be 12 years or older due to headset manufacturer guidelines.
Alcohol Policy
For safety, we cannot allow intoxicated individuals to use VR equipment.
Event Duration
Standard package covers up to 8 hours. Overtime can be accommodated upon request.
Special Arrangements
Out-of-area (non-Joburg) requires 7 days notice. Venue access/passes must be pre-arranged.
Holding Deposit
Required only if choosing not to hire our Activation Specialists.
