On a crisp, eventful day, Midas partnered with Virtual Reality Activations to host an immersive VR experience at the Birchwood Hotel and Convention Centre.

The activation showcased how virtual reality can transform corporate storytelling and customer engagement.

Participants experienced two key VR activations:

  • A 360° virtual tour of Midas store transformation
  • A high-adrenaline plank challenge experience

Setting the Stage: Midas' Virtual Vision

Midas, a leading automotive aftermarket brand, used VR to showcase its evolution in store design and customer experience.

Instead of traditional presentations, attendees were placed inside a fully immersive virtual environment where they could experience the transformation firsthand.


The 360° Virtual Tour of Midas

One of the main highlights was a 360° VR journey through the evolution of Midas stores.

The experience began in the traditional store design with:

  • White walls
  • Red tiled flooring

Then transitioned into the modern redesign featuring:

  • Black walls
  • Grey flooring
  • Contemporary retail styling

This transformation repeated seamlessly, allowing attendees to compare old and new environments in real time.
